Second Step: Build a Webpage or File to hold your MY SITES or SITE Rotator

Your Site Rotator will hold the URL's for the Business or Business's that you are promoting. You will need either an existing website and if you have an existing website, you will need to only go to that website and create a file and call it: mysites.html Then simply skip the next section where I will walk those who may have NEVER had a website through the process of getting a Free Website to use with the Continual Hits Concept. If you have your own website continue past these instructions to set up the html to put in your MYSITES file

Instructions for getting and setting up the Free Website:

Click on Hosting, then Packages. Then scroll down and below the word FREE in the comparisons click on: Join Now. A few hints, You must click on the Agree tab at the top. You do NOT need to fill out anything as to a website you will be hosting, leave that blank. You do not need to fill out anything as to the affiliate program, Although it is an extremely good one and is free, HINT you can fill this out if you want to. Also your username will be in your URL for example the URL I set up for you as an example is:

http://kioskcities.kiosk.ws/Kiosk/examrotator

The files that are in use and what you have to click on to test this are: http://kioskcities.kiosk.ws/Kiosk/examrotator/mysites.html and http://kioskcities.kiosk.ws/Kiosk/examrotator/rotatehome.html

The Login or Username is: examrotator The Password is: testing and you can login here: http://kioskcities.kiosk.ws/cgi-bin/cp.cgi

Please note the URL they sent me to login with is NOT correct in the letter so you will need to use the URL above for your logins.

The Username you choose can not be over 12 characters to work with this free webhosting account. Once you have put in all your information click on submit. This will send an email to your email address which you will have to pick up a validation number from and put it in to login the first time.Please Note** If you have any problems setting up a Free account with Kiosks, simply email me and I will send you an alternative with the directions

Now, You have logged into your new website. First Set up your Index Page. You will see a file that says index.html simply put a dot "." inside the circle next to that file, then click on expert edit. Go to this page: http://continualhits.com/indexpagehtml.html Follow the Directions on this page to set up your index.html file

Next, You will see a button that says create to the top right. Beside that button is a box where you can type in text. Type in the words: mysites.html Then click create.

This will open you a box with some basic html language in it, Simply clear all of that out of the box and minimize the page and continue to the next step below:

Creating the html to put in to your file named: mysites.html:

The creation tool is below, You will see boxes for you to enter text, Simply enter the URL's for the business's you are promoting. If you do not have 20 then simply put as many as you have and repeat them. If you have any questions about this, login to the example account I created for you from the details above and look at the html that I have in that file. Please be careful to not change anything I have there! Put in your URL's including the http:// In other words:

Correct: http://advertisebetter.com

Incorrect: www.advertisebetter.com

**IMPORTANT** If you copy and paste your URL's for your sites into the blank boxes in the creator file, you may need to hit your backspace button ONE TIME after you copy and paste each URL. If you do not it may add a space which will keep your html from working correctly. Your Mouse Cursor (Your Flashing Cursor) should be at the End of your URL after you paste it in the box. If you type them in this will not be a problem!

IF your siterotator does NOT WORK Correctly LOOK at the HTML and make sure these are at the very beginning and the end of each of your URL's after you have copied and pasted it into your kiosks site

You will Want to STOP for just a minute at this point! You will want to include your OWN Continual Hits website in your Mysites Rotator. Please email me now and tell me what username you want for your website! Email me here: admin@continualhits.com You can go ahead and enter it with your other URLs. I will set it up for you as soon as I get your email. It will be:

http://ContinualHits.com/YOURID.html

Simply replace where I have YOURID above with the username you send me.

Once you have entered your URL's simply highlight the whole block of html and copy and paste it into the empty box from the step above. Once you have copied and pasted then save your work. You can save it and continue or save it and quit. It does not matter but SAVE it. NOTE** It does not matter if the URL you are entering is longer than the box, it will copy appropriately. Please note in the box below is what the html looks like, Once you have put all your URL's in and Remember NO Blanks You have to fill all 21 spots in!! Then click on File at the top and save the page as: mysites.html This way you will have a copy of it that you can edit at anytime. Unfortunately it will not save the URLs that you entered. So be sure to save all of them to a notepad for easy reference. Any time you want to change them however, you can simply open this page and enter the ones you want to have in it and go to your website and clear out what is there and recopy and paste your new html. This makes editing your mysites.html file easy and quick. IF the HTML does NOT show up in the Box Below thenSimply Click Here This Will Open a New Window with the HTML

Now you can TEST your page:

To test your page simply type your URL for your mysites rotator into an email and mail it to yourself. This will make it clickable and you just click it over and over again until you make sure all the sites come up appropriately: http://kioskcities.kiosk.ws/Kiosk/examrotator/mysites.html

Each time you click on it you are taken to a different URL within your rotator, Each time you click should bring up a different site. Until you have rotated through all the ones you entered. Now you are ready to JOIN the Hits sites
